FIATA World Congress 2025 (FWC 2025) will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam
In an effort to create a strong “launchpad” for enterprises during this transition and to reaffirm its commitment to accompanying businesses in the process of “greening,” contributing to Vietnam’s national net-zero goals, the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA) organized the seminar “Green Logistics – Towards Sustainable Development.”
This event not only served as a specialized forum for discussing trends in green logistics development, but also acted as a crucial preparatory step toward the FIATA World Congress 2025 – the most prestigious global event in the logistics industry, which will be hosted in Vietnam from October 6–10, 2025.
As part of this effort, VLA held a Roadshow titled “Green Logistics – Towards Sustainable Development” on February 12, 2025, at the Rex Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, aimed at raising awareness on green logistics, promoting carbon emission reduction, and motivating logistics enterprises to adopt sustainable business models.
🎉 T&M Forwarding is honored to be a Silver Sponsor of the FIATA World Congress 2025 (FWC 2025).
In his opening remarks at the seminar, Mr. Dao Trong Khoa – CEO of T&M Forwarding and President of VLA, emphasized:
“FIATA World Congress 2025 will not only be a platform for logistics companies, but also a golden opportunity for Vietnam’s import-export businesses to promote international trade and expand their global supply chain networks. The thematic sessions will gather leading experts and industry leaders to discuss new trends such as cross-border e-commerce, green logistics, resilient supply chains, and next-generation transportation.”
Also speaking at the event, Mr. Van Doorslaer Geerart Karel S., Business Development Advisor at T&M Forwarding, shared:
“At TMF, we train and gather ideas from our offices across the globe. These are small, practical actions—without over-promising—that aim to transform awareness into action. We work hand in hand with our clients to shift mindsets across the entire chain, avoiding the pitfall of partial compliance where one part improves while others are left behind.”
Vietnam is now presented with greater opportunities as infrastructure continues to improve, making the country an increasingly attractive destination for logistics development. Therefore, it is essential that businesses collectively shift from awareness to action in order to advance a truly sustainable logistics sector.
